Greetings! I am a library and information science researcher of human information behavior and currently also an academic administrator at Simmons University. My research focuses on how people interact with information, especially on serendipity in information behavior (information encountering). I am also interested in usability of information environments and currently pursue interest in evaluation of extended reality environments such as augmented and virtual reality.
